DAY 10 - 10 DAYS OF INSPIRATION & PRIZES
If you missed the post on March 31, read it HERE which will explain what today's post is about.COMMENT ON THIS POST FOR A CHANCE TO WIN $5.00 DOODLE PANTRY STORE COUPON.
ALSO ENTER THE LINKY at the bottom of the post FOR A GRAND PRIZE CHANCE!
All my cards for the 10 days use the same similar card layout, but with slight changes here and there.
Today I have used the Vintage Phone and added ants from the Ant Accents all over the phone. I did this in Photoshop by inserting the phone image and then all the individual ant images, all on separate layers. Also while in Photoshop, I color replaced the phone to be pink... I will be doing a step by step with picture tutorial on this process soon, as I received several requests for this after posting the mouse card with ice cream which had been changed to blue.
The sentiment is from the So Thankful Sentiments set.
For the magnet, I used photoshop to insert background papers on the behind layers. And then inserted the images above. I followed instructions at Sun & Moon Craft Kits to make the magnet.
For the card, I traced the top half of a Spellbinders oval die and drew straight down each side and hand cut out the main image panel.

Now all these images reverted back to Doodle Pantry ownership and they are the ONLY stamps available of Doodle Pantry images. I do have some more (for instance some Charlie Horse stamps) but I am saving those for future blog prizes to be offered.

I like all things vintage and your card is wonderfully created. What do we have to do to enter the linky? Do we need to make a card or something or just link to our blog?

Have a wonderful day!
Just love the red phone and the magnet. All your projects have been wonderful. You must have a very colourful fridge by now!
Wow! You have some really vibrant colors here! I'm looking forward to your "step by step" tutorial on creating a change in color from the original digital image. Even though I really do like the tan, black, and green you provide with the set LOL You know, that telephone looks really good as a magnet ~ it would never have occurred to me, but what a great gift to send to a long-distance friend or family member! Thank you for this inspiration (and for all these past lovely days ~ it's been fun!!).
Laurie, you did an awesome job on all of your cards and magnets. so glad you share them with us. Thank you, Sarah W

You did such a great job with this lovely card. I sure couldn't pick a favorite card that you made during the 10 days of inspiration.
This one is so pretty! I love the colors scheme!
Did not see a response to my question as to whether we had to create something to link up and saw others had linked without a creation so I linked and Captain Jack Sparrow says no one will walk the plank.

Love the phone in pink and of course the rectangular magnet.
This has been a wonderful way to showcase some of your older sets...some that may have been missed when the release was made. I have enjoyed seeing which one was coming up next, thanks so much for 10 days of inspiration.
