How to redeem:

• Add products to your cart (note the minimum required $2.50)
• View your cart and scroll to bottom of cart to see coupon field
• Add the coupon END2014SALE to the field and CLICK SUBMIT to see amount reduced
• Click CHECKOUT from the bottom of the cart page
• Select payment option, Click NEXT
• Check the box to agree to terms and add any comments, click CONFIRM ORDER from bottom of cart
• You are redirected to Paypal to pay for your order (use the left side of the screen to pay secure using your credit card and Paypal acts as the merchant processor, or use the right side of the Paypal screen to login and pay using a Paypal balance)
• Once paid, your downloads are emailed, but if you don't get the email, USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW to download from your order page.

I have had many inquires on order downloads and that you are not receiving the download emails with download links. Sometimes the emails that are automated from the server are just not accepted by mailboxes and I don't know why it happens to only some.

BUT, do not worry, I have GREAT news!

You DO NOT need the download-info email to download your purchases. Once your payment is completed, you can just be logged into your account, go to accounts from the top menu, then select my account. Scroll down to see your ordering history and click the word VIEW next to the order number you wish to download products from.  Click on the green circle icons next to each file available to you, and then following your computer's prompts to save the file(s). Only paid orders will allow the green icons to function.  Your downloads are ALWAYS available this way. You NEVER need the email with links.

In case you are unaware, I wanted to remind you of OUR LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM: If you spend $12 after the coupon is applied (and before Texas state tax), you get 1 free product valued $3 or less, as a reward!   HOW TO REDEEM, When using a discount coupon for a sale, in order to get your reward product(s), you must put a note in the comment field telling me which product(s) you want as a reward.
